- Create backup
- Issues that lead to reinstallation
The reinstallation process would remove all the information from your Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3. So it is important to copy anything you want to retain to the backup medium. You can backup all personal documents and data regardless of the Operating System files. First make sure that there is enough memory to store your files. The commonly used backup mediums are optical disks such as CD or DVD.
After backup the needed documents and data you can start the reinstallation process in your Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3. Reinstallation is a time consuming process, but it would give you an error free or fresh laptop for better usage. You can reinstall the Operating system in two different ways. Reinstalling over the top of an existing Operating System would help you to repair the current Operating System and is very easy. Other method is to replace the current Operating System into a newer one.
Corrupt Windows installation might lead to reinstallation. One of the other issues that lead to reinstallation is when Windows Operating System does not start successfully but constantly crashes in different situations. Most commonly a fresh installation is better and quicker than the troubleshooting of errors that happens in your Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3. If the Operating System won’t boot properly or the performance is reduced it is the time to reinstall.
