Lenovo® and Southwest Airlines® join hands for \'Funny on the Fly\' campaign
Lenovo and Southwest Airlines have joined hands for a new campaign called 'Funny on the Fly', and they have roped in comedian Owen Benjamin as the star attraction for the campaign. Benjamin will attempt to break world record of the most visited airports in 30 days. He will be travelling by Southwest Airlines in all the places between Los Angeles and New York. While travelling, Benjamin will only use Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1 as a companion.
If you happen to travel on Southwest Airlines this winter, you might get a chance to meet the comedian. But if you won’t be travelling this holiday season, you can stay connected with him on the Funny on the Fly website. You can chat live with the star and ask him any question. He will be using the name #FunnyontheFly to chat online with all his fans.
Lenovo and Southwest Airlines are also giving away free prizes, so don’t forget to visit the Funny on Fly website. You can win cool prizes like the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet or you can win a round trip ticket from Southwest Airlines. And if you are lucky to be in the same flight as Owen Benjamin, you will get a chance to win Office Depot gift voucher worth US$ 25.
Owen Benjamin will also keep everyone informed about his journey by posting online videos and pictures. He will be using the Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1 to do so. He will also tweet about his flight experience and keep in touch with family and friends by chatting online. If you too want the tablet like Owen, you can check the Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1 on the Office Depot website or at any Lenovo store.
Owen Benjamin was excited to be a part of the campaign, he said, “As a comedian, I like to inject fun in every situation. With Funny on the Fly, I’m taking that to a whole new level, hopping from Southwest terminal to terminal with nothing but a few good laughs, my IdeaPad Tablet K1 and a carry-on. And when I’m not doing standup, I stay productive with the Tablet K1 by recording new ideas for upcoming comedy sets, downloading movie scripts, watching videos, and even tweeting sweet pictures of my dog Benny.”
